Privacy

Your address and ordering data will not be passed to third parties. We use the data solely to communicate with you as a customer.
 

Shipment

We deliver your order with postal service directly to your home and we charge you within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, depending on which option you choose, follwoing fixed rates per order:
 
Post Economy: CHF 9.90 (2 workdays*)
Post Pac Priority: CHF 10.90 (next-day delivery*)
Nachtexpress: CHF 25.00 (next-day delivery until 9.00 AM*)
 
(*Order acceptance until 3.00 PM)
From an order value of CHF 10.00 we send the goods free of charge with Post Pac Priority.
 

Prices

All the prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and already include the mandatory value added tax (2.5%). Prices shall be applied from our webpage at the time of order intake./p>
 

Payment Methods

You have the choice between following payment methods:
-Paypal (payment with master card oder visa card possible)
-Bank transfer (prepayment)
 
With the payment through paypal the goods will be sent immediately. With a payment through bank transfer the goods will be sent as soon as we receive your payment. After your order, you receive an E-Mail with our account data. Please note that this payment method takes 1-2 workdays until we receive it.
 

Right of Return

You have a 14-day right to return. Please send us your revocation within 14 days after receiving the goods. (Essential is the timely dispatch). We refund the whole amount of the order or for a partial revocation the amount of the article, as soon as we have received the goods. The cost for reconsignment have to be borne by you. Please note that for coffee we can not grant a right of revocation. Should you receive a damaged or defective item from us, we will send you a substitute if you wish so. The cost for reconsignment in this case will be borne by us. We reserve the right to deduct substitute for possible damages and deterioration from the reimbursement.
 

Delivery Abroad

Customs duties are not going to be incurred for shipments within european countries. Except Germany, where per kilogram roasted coffee a coffee tax needs to be paid of Euro 2.19.
 

Place of Jurisdiction

In case of any disputes the place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
